Will I Have A Chance To Speak At My DUI Sentencing?

Every defendant in a Cincinnati DUI case has the right to remain silent.  Typically there is little to say in court for a defendant unless you are found guilty and sentenced.

At sentencing, the Judge will ask the defendant if they wish to say anything.  We always try to address this with our clients in advance because saying one wrong thing after an otherwise positive mitigation by the attorney can cause the Judge to increase your sentence.

If you or a family member have been arrested on DUI in the Greater Cincinnati area and need assistance with an upcoming court appearance in Butler, Clermont, Hamilton or Warren Counties, give us a call at our 24-hour emergency line at 513.333.0014 for affordable and professional help.
